Linear Actuator HLS12-CAN-3050

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-CAN-3050 combines a compact footprint with high speed and clear bus communication via CAN 2.0A and CAN 2.0B. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, transmitting power cleanly across the 30 mm (1.18 in) stroke. Programmability adds flexibility without complicating control. With a 50:1 gear ratio, it delivers dynamic feeds at 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s) and up to 30.40 N (6.83 lbf) of thrust—well suited to fast, short-cycle positioning with smaller loads. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. This linear actuator provides precise motion, repeatable positioning, and reliable networked control in a space-saving design.
