Shipping policy

Payment modalities

You can choose between different payment methods when paying:

Payment in advance: if you select the payment method "Bank transfer", you will receive our bank details with your order confirmation by E-Mail.  Goods will be shipped after receiving your bank transfer. please make sure that you bear all costs of the transfer and we receive the full amount.

Payment by PayPal: Your bank or credit card details are stored at PayPal after your own registration. You may also use other payment possibilities offered by PayPal to you. Goods will be shipped immediately at next working day.


Payment by Credit Cards / Online Payments: You can pay by common credit cards (VISA / MasterCard / Amex / Maestro) as well as GooglePay or ApplePay and other regional forms of online payment. Depending on your location you may have a restricted choice. Goods will be shipped immediately at next working day. 

VAT / Prices

Prices in our Webshop are shown incl. local VAT depending on your current location (Geolocation). If the goods are shipped to another EU country, the VAT of the delivery country will apply. This may lead to different gross prices. The prices incl. the applicable VAT for your destination will be shown after registration and at check-out.

Deliveries outside the EU

You can only register and order in the online shop with an address in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Faroere or Ukraine.  Customers outside the above listed countries / regions should contact our customer support at salesteam@hitec-europe.eu We do not ship to the US / Canada / Mexico.
Shipments to Switzerland / Liechtenstein include import handling as well as VAT and duties. For all other Non-EU destinations the customer has to pay import handling costs and import charges (VAT/duty) directly to the forwarder.
We do not offer a VAT refund of German VAT for a later self-export from the EU.
 

Commercial customers

Our webshop is made and intended for private customers. If you are a commercial customer you can place a simple order, for more detailed order taking please contact our customer support directly at salesteam@hitec-europe.eu . We will be happy to take care of your request and take commercial specifics into account (e.g. VAT ID number, self pick-up, special forwarders etc.).

Shipping partner

We ship with the parcel services GLS and DHL.
For international GLS / DHL shipments, final delivery in the destination country may, depending on the destination and shipping method, be carried out by a local delivery partner or the national postal service. Please refer to GLS / DHL tracking for the latest delivery information.
 

Shipping costs

For the shipment of goods we charge a country-dependent flat-rate order fee for freight costs, packaging and order processing, respective of the order value.

Shipping costs bulky goods

Special country- and product-specific shipping costs apply to the shipment of goods that must be sent by freight forwarding or as bulky goods. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer for these products. You can request these via the webshop or contact our service team directly.
 

Delivery times

Delivery will be made on the next working day or after receipt of payment.
According to experience, delivery times are :
- Germany                     2-3 working days
- European Union       5-8 working days

- Switzerland              8 - 12 working days

- Iceland / Faröere / Ukraine        8 - 12 working days

- Other destinations on request
